The Feel Good Lifestyle Facebook Status

If you want to accomplish more & move your life forward this week (and every week), do this simple exercise every Sunday.

Write down in your journal or notebook the answers to the following 5 Q's:

1) What am I excited about this week?
2) What are the 5 most important things I want to get done?
3) How do I want to show up in the world (positive qualities)?
4) What do I have to be careful about (distractions, weaknesses)?
5) What do I want to learn more about?
