People Can't Change?
Everyday and in every moment I can define who I am.
Each choice I make creates the person I can become.
Have you ever heard that old adage that 'People Can't Change'? How can this be true; if in every moment I decide what it means to be me. Every thought, word, and action I take; manifests who I am.
To change who you are only takes the simplest act. If you do not like that thought, word, or action that you just expressed, or if you feel that it does not represent you. Make a mental note. Tell yourself: "That is not me, or who I want to be; I will not think, say, or do that again!".
Remember everyday is a chance to determine who you are!

Big Girls Do Cry!
I would rather take the negativity given to me by others, and show the "weakness"; and cry it out than to keep passing it around the world.

Music Sharing - Humanity's Goodness Compilation
I heard this song on the radio this morning, and I really love the message behind it. Lately I've been listening to 99.7 KSTAR Country because they play a much wider variety of music than it's country music station bretheren. My favorite line in the song is:

This song is on the opening of The Feel Good Lifesytle's video's. They use the chorus, and that is the part that I enjoy the most as well. I will be honest I've listened to rap in the past and have enjoyed many songs, so I do like Flo Rida's style. He also comes from Florida where I lived for three years. My general feeling about this guy is that he's a good person, but this is a gut feeling and not based on anything that may have happened in the celebrity news that I haven't heard about. I always try to have an open mind, and hope that you do as well! Enjoy!

Just to throw everyone for a loop and to show that it doesn't matter the genre of the music as long as the message is the same. This song is from one of my new favorite artists Florence + The Machine. Her sound is unlike any I've heard, and she definitely knows how to be true to herself! As you listen to this song think about someone in your life who's got the love and makes going through life a bit easier for you. Maybe you should send them this video, or at least do something nice for them soon. And if you are that person you deserve a massage! :o)

Think about this next time you are angry and find yourself shouting...

A Hindu saint who was visiting the river Ganges to take a bath found a group of family members on the banks, shouting in anger at each other. Smiling, he turned to his disciples and asked, ‘Why do people in anger shout at each other?’
The disciples thought for a while, and then one of them said,
‘Because when we lose our calm, we shout.’
‘But, why should you shout when the other person is just next to you? You can as well tell him what you have to say in a soft manner,’ asked the saint.
The disciples gave more answers but none satisfied the saint. Finally he explained:
‘When two people are angry at each other, the distance between their hearts is larger. To cover that distance they must shout to be able to hear each other. The angrier they are, the stronger they will have to shout to hear each other to cover that great distance.
What happens when two people fall in love? They don’t shout at each other but talk softly, because their hearts are very close. The distance between them is either nonexistent or very small…’
The saint continued, ‘When they love each other even more, what happens? They do not speak, only whisper and they get even closer to each other in their love. Finally,a lovely old couple-they even need not whisper, they only look at each other and that’s all that is needed to convey. That is how close two people are when they love each other.’
He looked at his disciples and said,
‘So when you argue, do not let your hearts get distant. Do not say words that distance you from each other more, or else there will come a day when the distance is so great that you will not be able to find the path to return.’
